Seputar Nusantara – Anggota Komisi IV DPRD Samarinda, Deni Hakin Anwar dorong Disnaker dalam memaksimalkan fasilitas pembinaan tenaga kerja.

Deni juga menyoroti anggaran yang minim diterima oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) dari APBD murni 2022 sebesar Rp 8 Miliar.

Anggaran tersebut digunakan sebanyak 50 persen untuk gaji rutin, dan sisanya untuk pengembangan tenaga kerja lain.

Deni sendiri menilai, saat ini APBD Kota Samarinda saat ini sedang tidak leluasa.

Dengan anggaran minim tersebut berdampak pada tanggungan yang dimiliki Disnaker sebanyak 29.000 orang yang harus difasilitasi dan dibina.

Oleh karenanya, ia meminta Disnaker bisa berinovasi dan kreatif dengan mencoba menjalin relasi dengan perusahaan-perusahaan di Samarinda.

Menurutnya, perushaan tersebut dapat memberikan andil dalam mengembangkan program-program.

“Yang kami harapkan nanti bisa men-supportlah minimal men-support satu kegiatan. Bayangkan kalau misalnya 1 perusahaan bisa mensuport 1 kegiatan, kalau ada 1000 perusahaan maka 1000 kegiatan bisa disuport.” sambungnya.
