DPRD Kaltim Ingatkan Disdikbud Serapan Anggaran Bisa Menembus 95 Persen

Seputar Nusantara – DPRD Kaltim soroti realisasi anggaran Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Kaltim yang kurang maksimal pada 2022 lalu.

Diketahui, Disdikbud Kaltim pada 2022 lalu menerima alokasi Rp2,9 triliun, sementara realisasi anggarannya sebesar 79,05 persen atau Rp2,29 triliun.

Kaharuddin Jaffar, Anggota DPRD Kaltim, mendorong agar Disdikbud Kaltim memaksimalkan serapan anggaran di 2023 ini.

“Serapan anggaran pendidikan tahun 2022, setelah diaudit BPK sebesar 79.05 persen, diharapkan tahun ini bisa di atas 95 persen,” kata Kaharuddin Jaffar, Minggu (29/10/2023).

Diketahui, pada 2023 ini Disdikbud Kaltim mendapatkan alokasi anggaran Rp4 triliun di APBD.

Kaharuddin Jaffar menyebut masih banyak pembangunan yang perlu dioptimalkan lagi, bahkan hingga kini belum mendapatkan perhatian lebih dari pemerintah, seperti sektor pendidikan, karena tak dimasukkan ke program prioritas.

Sektor pendidikan seharusnya menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah, karena sektor ini berkaitan dengan masa depan Kaltim dan Indonesia umumnya dan cakupan sangat luas, di seluruh Kaltim, khususnya jenjang SMA/SMK/SLB.

“Artinya, pemerintah perlu jeli mengalokasikan anggaran pada sektor pendidikan, karena dengan pendidikan yang berkualitas, kita dapat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia di Kaltim,” tegasnya.

Menurut Kahar, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Kaltim sebenarnya bukan hanya tugas  Dinas Pendidikan, melainkan menjadi tanggung jawab semua pihak.

Karena itu, ia mendorong semua OPD untuk bahu-membahu membahu melakukan program pembangunan dalam hal peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia seperti melakukan pelatihan atau apapun itu sesuai dengan tupoksinya.

“Kita berharap anggaran di semua OPD itu bisa terserap dengan baik dan cepat. Karena realisasi anggaran yang efisien juga tidak kalah penting dalam proses pembangunan,” pungkasnya. (adv)
