Jelang Penindahan Ibu Kota Negara, Maswedi Ingatkan Generasi Muda Bersiap Hadapi Persaingan di Berbagai Sektor
Seputar Nusantara – Pemerintah pusat menarget ibu kota negara akan resmi pindah dari Jakarta ke Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) pada 2024 mendatang.
Bersiap menghadapi ibu kota negara yang berpindah ke Kaltim, para generasi muda di Samarinda, mesti bersiap menghadapi persaingan global akan semakin ketat di masa depan, dan pemuda harus siap secara mental dan dalam kualitas diri.
Hal itu seperti yang disampaikan Maswedi, Anggota Komisi IV DPRD Samarinda.
“Ada pemuda yang pintar namun acuh tak acuh dengan situasi bangsa. Ada yang tidak pintar tapi sangat peduli. Ada juga yang tidak pintar dan tidak peduli sama sekali. Yang kita butuhkan adalah pemuda yang pintar dan perduli,” kata Maswedi, Minggu (5/11/2023).
Menurutnya, perpindahan IKN sebagai bonus yang diberikan oleh Tuhan kepada Kalimantan Timur.
Ini menjadi kesempatan bagi generasi muda Kaltim untuk menunjukkan kesiapan mereka dalam menyongsong masa depan yang gemilang.
Maswedi sangat mendukung keterlibatan pemuda dalam setiap persiapan yang terkait dengan perpindahan IKN.
“Proses pembangunan IKN sedang berlangsung. Ini artinya, pemuda Kaltim harus bersiap diri untuk bersaing di berbagai sektor di masa depan,” jelasnya.
Generasi muda Kaltim diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan diri dengan baik dan menjadi motor penggerak dalam mendukung perpindahan Ibu Kota Negara.
Hal ini akan memastikan bahwa Kalimantan Timur siap untuk menanggapi peluang dan tantangan yang akan datang dengan semangat yang penuh semangat dan keberanian. (adv)
