Pemkot Samarinda Diharapkan Serius Lakukan Upaya Pemindahan TPA Bukit Pinang ke Sambutan
Anggota Komisi III DPRD Samarinda, Jasno mengungkap masalah jalan dan penerangan menuju tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA) Bukit Pinang ke TPA baru yang berada di Kecamatan Sambutan masih belum sempurna.
“Pemkot harusnya konsisten, rencana mulai kemarin-kemarin tapi tidak dieksekusi, karena TPA Bukit Pinang sudah over kapasitas harusnya pindah secara cepat,” ujar Jasno.
Jasno menjelaskan Pemkot Samarinda masih belum siap dan terlalu lama menunda pemindahan.
“TPA Sambutan infrastrukur, sarana dan prasarana juga harus disiapkan dari sekarang. Perencanan harus matang, jangan hanya jadi wacana saja setiap tahun,” ujarnya
Jasno menjelaskan bahwa lokasi TPA Sambutan cukup luas dan tidak memungkinkan lagi bagi TPA Bukit Pinang untuk beroperasi. Tetapi,sarana dan prasarana menuju ke TPA Sambutan juga masih becek dan belum dilakukan pengecoran atau pengerasan.
“Apalagi 2 minggu belakangan itu kebakaran hebat, pasti mengganggu kesehatan masyarakat sekitar,” pungkasnya.
