“Bahwa rumah tempat saya dan keluarga bertempat tinggal terjadi pencemaran yang disebabkan oleh debu batu bara dari proses pengangkutan batu bara tersebut, dibuktikan dengan rumah tempat tinggal saya dan keluarga selalu kotor dengan batu bara,” kata Yusva, Kamis (14/9/2023).
Akibat debu batu bara yang selalu menerjang rumah warga, Yusva mengaku khawatir terkait kesehatan dirinya dan keluarga.
“Hal tersebut membuat saya dan keluarga khawatir dan resah atas kesehatan saya secara pribadi dan keluarga. Saya sebagai warga yang diduga terdampak atas aktifitas pertambangan tersebut keberatan,” lanjutnya.
Dirinya bersama warga Sangasanga Muara, meminta pihak perusahaan agar segera mengelesaikan masalah debu batu bara.
“Kami minta pimpinan PT EQ, dapat menyelesaian permasalahan pencemaran yaitu debu batu bara masuk ke rumah warga,” tegasnya.
Warga Sangasanga Muara telah melaporkan kejadian ini ke Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kukar.
