Samarinda Waspada DBD: Komisi IV DPRD Samarinda minta Dinkes Gerak Cepat
Anggota DPRD Samarinda minta Dinas Kesehatan Kota Samarinda untuk lakukan penanganan cepat terkait laporan Demam Berdarah Dangue (DBD). Pasalnya terdapat 75 warga yang telah terjangkit virus dari Aedes aegypti dan Ades albopicus ini.
Ahmat Sopian Noor selaku anggota Komisi IV DPRD kota Samarinda dengan tegas meminta Dinkes Samarinda agar cepat menangani hal tersebut. Dinkes diharapkan dapat melakukan langkah-langkah yang seharusnya dilakukan sejak awal, dengan melakukan pencegahan secara intensif agar tidak terjadi penambahan pasien positif DBD.
Ia menyebutkan bahwa masih banyak cara yang bisa dilakukan Dinkes secara terus menerus dalam pencegahan DBD seperti melakukan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya melakukan gerakan 3M yaitu, menguras tempat penampungan air, menutup tempat penampungan air, dan mengubur barang bekas.
“Hal yang juga diperlukan sekarang adalah melakukan fogging (pengasapan) di kawasan yang terdeteksi ada pasien DBD, karena di kawasan itu bisa jadi banyak nyamuk aedes aegypti,” ungkap anggota Komisi IV tersebut, Kamis (27/1/2022).
Pada hari Minggu lalu, pihaknya bersama berbagai pihak melakukan penyemprotan ke sejumlah titik yang terdeteksi adanya pasien DBD seperti Kecamatan Samarinda Utara dan Sungai Pinang.
Ia juga mengucapkan terima kasih pada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan fogging tersebut.
