Komisi III DPRD Tindaklanjuti Konflik PT Insani dan Warga Simpang Pasir

Komisi III DPRD Samarinda menggelar Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) untuk membahas dugaan penambangan ilegal yang dilakukan oleh warga diwilayah konsensi PT Insani.

Anggota Komisi III DPRD Kota Samarinda, Mujianto menjelaskan bahwa akar permasalahan ini berawal dari salah paham antara pihak-pihak yang bertikai.  Kronologi permasalahan diketahui warga yang dilaporkan pihak pihak PT. Insani hanya melakukan pematangan lahan di sekitar konsensi PT Insani dan menemukan batu bara lalu  memutuskan untuk menjual batu bara tersebut karena keterbatasan pengetahuan yang dimiliki.

Ketua RT 13 Kelurahan Simpang Pasir, Eko menyebutkan bahwa tujuan kerja warga setempat sebenarnya hanya pematangan lahan serta menimbung lobang eks tambang yang berada di lokasi.

“Jadi intinya saya ini di situ kerja itu berdasarkan perintah pemilik lahan dan kesepakatan masyarakat untuk menimbun lobang tambang yang ada di situ,” ucap Eko

Eko menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya tidak mengerti penambangan ilegal dan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan kegiatan penambangan apapun di kawasan tersebut serta uang yang diperoleh dari hasil penjualan batu bara digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wilayah tersebut

Eko juga mengaku jika saat ini laporan yang dilayangkan oleh PT Insani ke kepolisian masih dalam tahap proses awal. Dirinya juga mengatakan siap jika nanti dimintai keterangan oleh aparat.

“Kalau perkiraan saya itu di angka 800 ton dengan harga dibelinya 300ribu. Awalnya bukan penambangan kami itu pematangan lahan juga ada suratnya. Kalau masalahnya kami dibilang tambang ilegal saya tidak tahu tambang ilegal itu seperti apa,”

Mujianto sangat mengharapkan pihak perusahaan dapat memahami terbatasnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh warga sebelum mengambil tindakan tegas dengan melaporkan ke kepolisian.

“Jika diperjalanan mereka menemukan batu ya tolong dibina. Karena mereka ini tidak mengerti soal itu. Harapannya PT Insani ini bisa berjiwa besar terkait gejolak sosial yang ada di simpang pasir,” pungkas muji
