PUPR Samarinda Sudah Serap Anggaran Rp1,2 Triliun, DPRD Minta Kerja Maksimal

Seputar Nusantara – Dalam APBD Samarinda 2023 ini, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Samarinda mendapat alokasi anggaran senilai Rp1,2 triliun.

Dengan anggaran sebesar itu, Komisi III DPRD Samarinda melihat bahwa kinerja Dinas PUPR hingga pertengahan tahun ini masih belum maksimal.

Ketua Komisi III DPRD Samarinda, Angkasa Jaya menyebutkan, penilaian tersebut dilihat berdasrkan serapan anggaran yang berhasil terealisasi dari pembangunan fiisik yang dikerjakan di bawah tanggung jawab Dinas PUPR Samarinda.

“Realisasinya kurang lebih 19 persen. Terbilang rendah,” katanya ditemui usai Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) dengan instansi tersebut.

Ia minta kepada Dinas PUPR Samarinda untuk mempercepat kerja mereka di lapangan. Sehingga pembangunan yang sudah dirancang, bisa lekas dirasaka manfaatnya oleh masyarakat Samarinda.

“Jangan sampai hingga akhir tahun, penyerapannya berjalan lambat, Jangan ada lagi Silpa (Sisa Lebih Penggunaan Anggaran),” tegasnya.

Beberapa program Dinas PUPR Samarinda yang menelan anggaran dalam jumlah besar di antaranya adalah pembangunan kolam retensi di kawasan Pampang dan Bengkuring, Kecamatan Samarinda Utara.

Selain itu juga ada pengerjaan Terowongan Selili yang menghubungkan Kecamatan Samarinda Ilir dan Kecamatan Sambutan.

“Anggarannya paling besar dibanding instansi lain, kerjanya juga harus dimaksimalkan,” tandasnya. (adv)
