Seputar Nusantara – Hingga saat ini, Pemprov Kaltim sudah membangun 250 rumah layak huni (RLH) hasil kerja sama CSR perusahaan.
Di penghujung masa jabatan, Isran Noor, Gubernur Kaltim, menekankan terus berkoordinasi dengan pihak perusahaan memastikan komitmen membangum RLH.
“Setidaknya sudah memberikan kontribusinya 28 perusahaan,” kata Isran Noor, Sabtu (30/9/2023).
Isran Noor menarget akhir tahun 2023 ini ada 350 unit RLH yang terbangun dari CSR perusahaan.
“Sekarang sudah masuk dana lebih dari Rp65 miliar dari para pengusaha,” paparnya.
Pengelolanya diserahkan ke TNI (jajaran Kodam VI Mulawarman), dan rekeningnya pun ada disana.
“Kami tidak pegang duitnya. Tu rekening ada di Kodam. Sebab program dikerjasamakan dengan TNI,” tegasnya.
Untuk kegiatannya, TNI didukung Badan Pengelola Rumah Layak Huni yang dikomandani M Taufik Fauzi (mantan Kadis PUPR Kaltim).
“Kita tidak sedikit pun memakai duit dari perusahaan. Kita bahkan mengeluarkan sendiri dana komunikasi, operasional dan lain-lain,” bebernya.
Kenapa kegiatan yang melibatkan dana CSR (corporate social responsibility) dari perusahaan terus digalakkan?
“Sebab kalau tidak sekarang kita benahi, orang-orang miskin itu, ketika ibu kota negara sudah muncul disini, maka akan terjadi kesenjangan luar biasa,” urainya.
Target kedepan, Ketua Umum APPSI itu menyebutkan minimal akan membangun sekitar 3 ribu sampai 5 ribu RLH.
“Itu bukan rehab, tapi kita bangun baru dari awal, rumahnya dibongkar,” tegasnya.
Dengan biaya Rp115 juta per unit, untuk bangunan kayu type 45 (3 kamar) dan bangunan beton type 36 (2 kamar).
“Menurut hitungan saya, kalau 5 ribu rumah itu terbangun, kita sudah mengurangi angka kemiskinan Kaltim dibawah 2 persen dari 6,3 persen saat ini,” pungkasnya. (*)
