Komisi IV DPRD Samarinda Minta Pemkot Untuk Bangun Sekolah di Beberapa Kawasan Jelang PPDB 2023/2024
Seputarnusantara.net – Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Samarinda, Sri Puji Astuti memberikan tanggapan terkait Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) 2023/2024 mendatang.
Ia mengatakan bahwa ia menerima banyak aduan dari masyarakat terkait sistem zonasi pada PPDB, karena masih ada beberapa wilayah yang belum memiliki Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) seperti di wilayah Samarinda Ulu. Hal ini mengakibatkan anak anak disana tidak dapat bersekolah di SMP negeri karena SMP lainnya sudah penuh.
Terkait masalah zonasi jelang PPDB, Puji mengaku telah membahas hal tersebut bersama Dinas Pendidikan Kota Samarinda pad Hearing senin lalu.
Melihat PPDB tinggal menghitung beberapa bulan kedepan, Puji menghimbau kepada Pemkot Samarinda untuk segera memikirkan pembangunan sekolah di wilayah kosong.
