Dinilai Membahayakan, Komisi III DPRD Samarinda Aukan Penertiban Penjual Bahan Bakan Minyak (BBM) Eceran
Penjualan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) telah menimbulkan kecelakaan beberapa kali di Kota Samarinda. Menyikapi hal ini, Komisi III DPRD Samarinda mempersiapkan rekomendasi untuk Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Samarinda.
Ketua Komisi III, Angkasa Jaya menyebutkan usaha BBM eceran merupakan usaha yang ilegal dan melanggar aturan sehingga perlu ditertibkan.
“Penjualan BBM itu harus di SPBU, kalau dijual di rumah secara mandiri, pasti itu tidak berizin,” sebutnya.
Selain itu, dirinya turut menyoroti SPBU yang lalai dalam mengawasi distribusi BBM sehingga masyarakat dapat melakukan pembelian dan dijual kembali.
“Maka ini terkait dengan Pertamina karena Pertamina yang memberikan izin kepada SPBU, sedangkan SPBU menjual BBM kepada masyarakat yang tidak sesuai ketentuannya, harusnya SPBU mengetahui hal itu,” tukasnya.
Sebelumnya, rekomendasi penertiban Pertamini dan BBM eceran telah diajukan oleh Tim Walikota Akselerasi Pembangunan kepada Walikota untuk ditindaklanjuti bersama.
Rekomendasi lainnya turut diberikan kepada pihak SPBU agar dapat mencegah adanya oknum yang menjual kembali BBM.
