Agiel Suwarno Soroti Perusahan Punya TKA dan Plat Kendaraan di Luar Kaltim
Seputar Nusantara – Agiel Suwarno, Anggota Komisi II DPRD Kaltim, mengingatkan masyarakat taat membayar pajak kendaraan.
Pasalnya, Agiel menyebut kendaraan dengan nomor polisi dari luar Kaltim mempengaruhi penerimaan pajak daerah di Bumi Mulawarman.
“Karena operasionalnya kan di sini, pajaknya harusnya masuk ke Kaltim,” kata Agiel, Rabu (25/10/2023).
Selain itu, Agiel juga turut menyoroti tenaga kerja asing (TKA). Dalam hal ini, dia meminta agar perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada bisa melakukan pendataan terkait jumlah pasti TKA di perusahaan yang bersangkutan.
Pihaknya menilai, pendataan terkait TKA ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui, apakah TKA yang ada itu bekerja di lintas kabupaten dan kota atau justru tidak.
Jika sudah diketahui secara detail terkait TKA, maka nantinya bisa diketahui retribusi atau Izin Mempekerjakan Tenaga Kerja Asing (IMTA) itu masuk ke provinsi atau kabupaten dan kota.
“Karena ini kaitannya dengan retribusi dari sektor pekerja asing. Kami juga sedang membahas Raperda tentang Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah,” tegasnya. (adv)
