Seputar Nusantara – Andi Muhammad Afif Rayhan Harun, anggota Komisi I DPRD Samarinda, memuji dimulainya prakarsa Pro Bebaya oleh Walikota Andi Harun. Anggota parlemen dari Partai Gerindra yang akrab disapa Afif ini mengatakan, program pengabdian yang dilakukan Andi Harun-Rusmadi memang bertujuan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan yang adil dan merata di Kota Ujung. dimulai dari lingkungan Rukun Tetangga (RT).

Proses pembayaran anggaran akan dibagi menjadi dua tahap. Setiap hari, 75 juta rupiah dari tahap pertama telah dibagikan. Sementara itu, sisa dana Rp 25 juta akan dialokasikan pada APBD Perubahan 2022 mendatang.

“Karena setiap RT mendapatkan 100 juta dengan dua kali anggaran dalam setahun, artinya dengan program ini otomatis membantu perekonomian juga,” ucap Afif.

Yang pertama di Kalimantan, menurut Afif, adalah program yang bisa membantu pembangunan jaringan jalan. Akibatnya, tidak perlu lagi menunggu legislatif dan pemerintah menangani masalah publik.

“Karena melalui Pro Bebaya juga sudah bisa ditangani,” ujarnya.

Anggota Komisi I DPRD Samarinda ini juga menekankan perlunya kehati-hatian yang lebih besar dari pihak pelaksana program Pro Bebaya oleh tim swakelola, koalisi sektor publik dan swasta, untuk memastikan pelaksanaan dan akuntabilitas yang tepat. alokasi anggaran Pemkot Samarinda.
