Seputar Nusantara – Kebocoroan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sebelumnya menjadi perhatian khusus bagi Pemerintah Kota Samarinda dan DPRD Samarinda. Kini Pemkot Samarinda berupaya dalam penataan parkir melalui Perumda Varia Niaga.
Perumda Niaga yang bergerak dalam sektor retail dinilai bisa menghimpun juru parkir dalam kontribusi PAD. Sebanyak 243 jukir berada di bawah binaan Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Samarinda dan diberi bimbingan teknis penerapan parkir non tunai.
Dalam masa kepemimpinan Wali Kota Andi Harun, memberi retribusi pajak tersebut kepada lembaga BUMD melalui Perumda Varia Niaga.
Komisi IV DPRD Samarinda, Sri Puji Astuti mengapresiasi langkah tersebut, karena dinilai memberi kesejahteraan kepada juru parkir selain meningkatkan PAD dengan sistem non tunai.
“Jelas kami menyambut baik sistem pengupahan yang lebih manusiawi itu,” ujar Puji.
Kendati demikian, Puji juga ingin Pemkot untuk memperhitungkan perencanaan tersebut.
“Dibahas dulu kan, apakah daerah mampu,” ucapnya.
Dirut Perumda Varia Samarinda, Syamsuddin Hamade menyebut uji coba penerapan e-parkir telah diberlakukan di 25 titik, sementara ada 243 titik secara keseluruhan.
“Ada 243 jukir yang akan dilibatkan. Saat ini masih transisi dan baru 25 jukir yang sedang menandatangani kontrak,” Ujar Syamsuddin.
Pihaknya akan mematangkan perencanaan tersebut dalam pengelolaan dengan sistem non tunai. Diharapkan pula produktifitas juru parkir tersebut dapat memberi sumbangsih dalam pemasukan kas daerah.
“Kami sangat memperhatikan kesejahteraan para jukir. Seperti gaji pokok dan tambahan bonus berdasarkan kinerja profesi,” terangnya.
