Komisi III DPRD Samarinda Sarankan Pemkot Samarinda Untuk Adakan Pelelangan Dini
Seputarnusantara.net – Muhammad Novan Syahronny Pasie selaku Anggota Komisi III DPRD Samarinda mengungkapkan, bahwa pembangunan Kota Samarinda di bawah kepemimpinan Andi Harun dan Rusmadi telah berjalan sesuai program.
Hingga saat ini ada beberapa pengerjaan proyek yang akan segera selesai, namun ada juga beberapa program yang harus dikerjakan di tahun berikutnya secara lanjutan. Salah satu program berkelanjutan adalah terkait pembangunan infrastruktur untuk penanganan banjir.
Alasan utama adanya sejumlah program yang berkelanjutan adalah APBD Kota Samarinda yang terbatas. Adapun kendala lainnya adalah terkait serapan anggaran pembangunan yang sudah mencapai 50 persen.
Menanggapi kendala tersebut, Novan Syahronny menyarankan kepada Pemkot Samarinda untuk mengadakan pelelangan dini guna mempercepat proses pembangunan.
“Contohnya pada APBN, diketuk pada bulan September-Oktober, ada lelang dini di Desember. Sehingga tahun berikutnya, bulan Januari hanya menunggu pejabat yang menduduki, setelah dilantik pelaksanaan bisa berjalan,” ucapnya.
Sebab jika bisa terlaksana, akan ada waktu yang lebih panjang dan proyek bisa selesai lebih cepat dan tepat.
“Realisasi anggaran yang cepat maka manfaatnya bisa dirasakan dengan cepat pula oleh masyarakat,” Ungkapnya.
