Dishub sendiri telah mendorong Varia Niaga untuk menggencarkan sosialisasi terhadap pelaksanaan retribusi parkir non-tunai.
Ketua Komisi II DPRD Samarinda, Fuad Fakhruddin merasa kecewa dengan kinerja Varia Niaga yang bisa memberika inovasi di retribusi parkir.
“Harusnya kan memunculkan inovasi, nah ini kok masih urusan parkir, kalau urusan parkir ini boleh dikatakan duduk saja sudah untung. Mungkin sistemnya saja yang kurang berjalan dengan baik,” ujar Fuad
Komisi II sendiri akan memanggil pihak Varia Niaga untuk mengklarifikasi persoalan kebocoran PAD dan bagaimana sistem pihak mereka menjalankan bisnis tersebut.
”Jangan sampai melanggar hukum karena tidak ketahuan, sedangkan plat merah nih rawan” ujar Abdul Rofik.
Abdul Rofik sendiri meminta agar Varia Niaga bisa mengelola dengan perjanjian bersama tukang parkir.

Ia menuturkan, perlu adanya pengelolaan yang baik dengan memberikan SOP yang sesuai terhadap tukang parkir sebelum bekerja di lapangan.
