Seputarnusantara.net – Pemerintah Kota Samarinda, khususnya instansi teknis, diminta untuk segera melakukan evaluasi atas perizinan usaha guest house dan kos. Hal ini lantaran banyaknya peruntukan bangunan yang tidak sesuai dengan fungsi yang terdaftar saat awal.
Dampaknya dapat terlihat pada PAD karena tarif yang harus disesuaikan dengan jenis fungsi bangunan.
“Kalau memang dibangun kos-kosan atau guest house, harus disesuaikan juga retribusinya,” jelas Laila Fatihah.
Selain itu, Laila menyebut banyak pula pihak yang baru mengurus izin setelah terjaring razia.
“Harus distop dulu operasionalnya. Ini bukan jadi rahasia lagi, tunggu dirazia baru mengurus izinnya,” ucapnya.
